Each pack includes four 1.06 in (27 mm) screws that go through the board from the inside and thread into a metal insert set in the back of each ceramic heart. Measure the thickness of your drawer front before you install anything.

Stop once the knob is snug. Ceramic doesn't flex, so overtightening can crack the glaze or strip the insert.
