How long does a balloon garland take to build?

Plan on about an hour for every 5–6 ft with two people, including inflation. A pump saves most of that time.

Can I build the garland the day before?

Air-filled latex garlands usually hold up for a day or two indoors, away from heat and direct sun. Build it the evening before if you have a cool room to keep it in.

How it estimates

An organic-style garland uses roughly 10 balloons per foot for an airy look, about 14 for a standard full garland and around 18 for a dense photo backdrop. These are rules of thumb: inflation size changes everything, so a garland of slightly under-inflated 12 in balloons needs more of them.
