Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
We collect the information we need to take, ship and support your order, and not much else. We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our site analytics don’t use cookies or store IP addresses. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to ask us to access, correct or delete it.
Who we are
This website, inxens.com, is operated by Shenzhen Yingqian E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“INXENS”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us about privacy at sales@inxens.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Your shipping and billing addresses
- What you ordered, and your order history with us
- Messages you send us, such as support emails or contact form submissions, and any photos you attach
- Reviews you choose to post
Payment information
Payments by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. You enter your payment details with them, not with us, and we never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that the payment went through and basic details needed to match it to your order and issue refunds.
Information collected automatically
We use cookieless, first-party analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It does not track you across other websites and does not store your IP address. To count unique visits, it uses a one-way hash built with a value that changes every day, so the hash can’t be turned back into your IP address or linked to you from one day to the next. These hashes are deleted after 120 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: the ones that keep your cart, run checkout and keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Stripe and PayPal may use their own cookies or similar technology inside their payment forms to process payments and prevent fraud; their own privacy policies apply to that.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking emails, and replies to your messages
- To handle returns, refunds and replacements
- To protect our store and customers from fraud and misuse
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe and PayPal | Payment details you enter with them, order amount, billing information | To process payments and refunds |
| Amazon (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) | Your name, shipping address, phone if provided, and the items ordered | To pick, pack and ship your order from US fulfillment centers |
| Shipping carriers, such as Amazon Logistics, UPS or USPS | Your name, shipping address and package details | To deliver your package |
| Our email service provider | Your name, email address and the content of order and support emails | To send order, shipping and support emails |
| Our website hosting and technical providers | Data stored on or passing through our site | To run and secure the website |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
We don’t sell or share your data for ads
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across other sites). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including your name, addresses and what you bought, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages and other information are kept only as long as we need them for the reason they were collected. Analytics hashes are deleted after 120 days.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information, apart from records we must keep by law
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we don’t do
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights
To make a request, email sales@inxens.com from the address you used with us, or tell us which order the request relates to. We may ask you to confirm details so we can verify it is you before we act. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask them for proof that you gave permission. If we can’t fulfill a request, we’ll explain why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal rather than on our servers, and access to customer information is limited to what is needed to fill and support orders. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use personal information, for example by adding a new kind of analytics or advertising tool, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top.

Shenzhen Yingqian E-commerce Co., Ltd. Room E308, Yuetong Comprehensive Building, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, ChinaFrequently asked questions
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
Can you see my card number?
No. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Why does Amazon get my address?
Our orders are packed and shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers in the US, so Amazon needs your name, shipping address and the items ordered to send your package. Carriers receive what they need to deliver it.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email sales@inxens.com from the address you used with us. We'll verify the request and delete what we can; order records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep are retained for that period.
