A 30-piece set of green adhesive plant wall clips in three stem-opening sizes (0.39, 0.59 and 0.78 in) for guiding pothos, ivy and other light indoor vines along smooth surfaces.
These plant wall clips are small adhesive holders that keep a trailing or climbing stem against a wall so it grows along the path you choose. Each clip has a flat base with adhesive already applied and a green plastic twist-open buckle on top. Open the buckle, lay a stem in it, and twist it shut.
Because the buckle opens again, you can move a stem, trim it or check new growth without threading the vine through a fixed ring. The set is meant for pothos, ivy and other light, flexible indoor vines. It won't support heavy branches, and it isn't meant for anchoring plants outdoors.
You get 30 clips, 10 in each size. Match the opening to the stem so the buckle guides the vine without squeezing it.
| Size | Count | Height | Base | Stem opening |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 10 | 0.98 in (2.5 cm) | 0.66 in (1.7 cm) | 0.39 in (1 cm) |
| Medium | 10 | 1.37 in (3.5 cm) | 0.78 in (2 cm) | 0.59 in (1.5 cm) |
| Large | 10 | 1.57 in (4 cm) | 0.98 in (2.5 cm) | 0.78 in (2 cm) |
A practical way to use the mix: small clips near the growing tip where stems are thin, medium clips along the middle of the run, and large clips near the pot where stems are thicker or where two stems travel together. Leave a little room in each buckle so the stem can thicken as it grows.
The surface decides how well any adhesive clip holds. These are made for clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces: glass, metal, marble and smooth finished wood. They are not suited to rough brick, wet or dusty spots, textured or uneven walls, or paint that is already peeling. If you were looking for ivy clips for a brick wall, this set is the wrong tool.
Some finishes react to adhesive. If that's a concern, press one clip onto a hidden spot first and check it before you commit to a full route.
Spacing is up to you. A common starting point is one clip every 8–12 in (20–30 cm) along the stem, a little closer on curves and corners. Our guide to training climbing houseplants up a wall covers route planning, corners and how to redirect growth over the following months.
It suits plant owners who want a pothos framing a window, an ivy running along a shelf edge or a vine tracing a mirror frame. The buckles can also tidy a few light cables in a plant display, but no load rating is given, so keep that to thin cords.
Skip it if you need magnetic clips, a hold for a woody or heavy plant, or anything that will live outside. For other small upgrades around the house, browse our home and everyday finds.

Yes. They're made for pothos, ivy and other light, flexible indoor vines. Use the small 0.39 in clips on thin new growth and the medium or large ones closer to the pot, where pothos stems get thicker.
No. The adhesive needs a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surface such as glass, metal, marble or smooth finished wood. Rough brick, textured or uneven walls, dusty or damp spots and peeling paint are all outside what these clips are made for.
No. Each clip has a pre-applied adhesive base. There's nothing magnetic in the set, so you don't need a metal surface, but you do need a smooth, clean one.
No clean-removal or damage-free claim comes with these clips; the adhesive is meant to stay put. On painted walls or delicate finishes, press one clip onto an inconspicuous spot first and see how the surface responds before you mount the rest.
Yes. The buckle twists open, so you can lift a stem out, trim it or send it in a new direction. Plan where the bases go before you press them on, since the adhesive base itself is designed to stay in place.
A common rule of thumb is one clip every 8–12 in (20–30 cm) of stem, with extras on curves. At that spacing, the 30 clips cover roughly 20–30 ft (6–9 m) of vine path in total.
No. They're for light indoor stems only. No load rating is given, and they aren't intended for heavy or woody branches or for anchoring plants outside.
