These mini party hats for stuffed animals are 12 small paper cones made to dress up teddy bears, dolls and the birthday table. Each cone arrives already formed with its string attached, so the only setup is pressing a brown pom pom onto each tip with an included glue dot. The artwork is deep green and brown with a cartoon beaver and happy birthday lettering, a natural match for a woodland or forest-animal party.

How big are the hats?

For comparison, the standard kids' cone hats in our shop stand about 7.9–8.4 in tall, so these are roughly 60 percent of that height. On a teddy bear or doll, a 5 in cone looks the way a full-size hat looks on a child. On a child it's a small topper perched on the head, which some families like for photos; on an adult it reads as a novelty mini hat. They sit best on toys whose heads are about as wide as the 3.5–3.75 in base or wider. On very small figures the hat can cover the face, so it may work better standing on the table beside them.

Setup: pom poms only

1. Peel a glue dot and press it onto the tip of a cone.
2. Press a brown pom pom onto the dot and hold it for a few seconds.
3. Repeat for all 12, ideally the day before, so the glue has time to grab.

What's not included, and who it's not for

The package holds 12 hats, 12 pom poms and 12 glue dots. There's no banner, plates, balloons or crowns. If every guest, child or adult, needs a hat that properly fits a head, choose a standard-size set instead.

Pom poms, glue dots and strings are small parts. Keep an adult nearby when children or pets are around the hats, and take a hat off a pet as soon as the photo is done.
