What is this blue raindrop garland?

This blue raindrop garland is eight separate paper strands, each about 4 ft (1.2 m) long, already strung with small teardrop shapes cut from pearlescent cardstock. Together the strands give you about 32 ft (9.8 m) of hanging length, enough for a dessert-table backdrop, a window or a stretch of classroom ceiling. What colors are the raindrops?

2. Find both ends before unfolding anything, then let the strand hang from one end and unfold it slowly.
3. Fix the top end with a removable hook, a tape tab or a tie around a curtain rod.
4. Repeat for each strand, staggering the heights so the bottoms don't form a straight line.

• It is paper, not felt. If you searched for felt raindrops, expect a lighter, shinier look.

Care and storage

Keep the cardstock dry and avoid pulling on the strings or crushing the drops. After the event, wind each strand loosely around its own piece of card so the eight don't tangle together before next time.
